We may be sticklers for detail when we’re creating one of our artisan loaves like the Sourdough Baguette or the tried and true Italian Round. But when it comes to cooking delicious, fun recipes at home, we love a handy shortcut or two. Now, some may call that taking the easy way. And some may call it smart. But, when it comes to our friend The Cookie Rookie, you’d call that the tasty-easy-smarter way.
Our friendship with Becky, the wiz behind The Cookie Rookie, started several years ago and we have to say, we get a little giddy anytime we have a chance to work with her. To celebrate our history, we thought we’d take a walk down memory lane, starting with the most recent, this wildly simple and delicious EASY CHEESE FONDUE WITH GRILLED BREAD (ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!) for Summer Grilling.
Back in March, she whipped up these bright little crowd-pleasing PARMESAN SPINACH DIP CROSTINI. We’re still looking forward to more of these!
These MINI FRENCH ONION DIP BREAD BOWLS from January 2017 are fun for the kids to help make (and eat).
Hosting a little gathering? Try the fun and easy GARLIC BUTTER FRENCH BREAD PIZZA BITES Becky threw down back in December of 2016!
Last, and definitely not least (this involves brunch so you know it’s very, very important), THE ULTIMATE BAKED BREAKFAST SANDWICH SLIDERS The Cookie Rookie served up in January 2016 will make you the hostess with the mostess. We promise.
Are you a fan of The Cookie Rookie, too? Tag us, and her, with the dishes she’s inspired.
