Made with levain and a long fermentation, our baguette has a hearty, crusty exterior, mild taste and an open cell structure that sets artisan bread apart from the first bite. We’ve perfected the recipe, ingredients and technique to give you a French bread you can be proud to serve. This is our largest baguette, scored five times across the top and weighing 16 ounces.
