French Loaf
Our French Loaf is made with a small amount of levain, the same starter used in our classic La Brea Bakery baguette. As a result, the flavor and texture of this 16-ounce hearth-baked loaf is much the same, with a crispy golden crust and a soft, mild-tasting interior with lots of air bubbles from natural fermentation.
