Italian Round Loaf
Our Italian Round Loaf is a round hearth-baked bread with a soft, tender interior and a golden brown, crackly crust that is scored in a cross-hatched, diamond pattern on top before baking. This mild-flavored loaf undergoes a long fermentation with our La Brea Bakery starter, and is suitable for almost anything, from paninis to bread basket service.
