Pecan Raisin Loaf
A hearty, oval-shaped loaf loaded with roasted pecans and raisins and baked in our hearth ovens until beautifully golden brown. We use a small amount of rye flour and a bit of our natural starter in the dough to give the bread a mild flavor, while the raisins provide just the right amount of sweetness.
