Roasted Garlic Loaf
Our Roasted Garlic Loaf is a traditional American sourdough bread with a generous amount of roasted garlic cloves folded throughout each loaf before baking; the flavor is bold, tangy, but never overpowering. It has a hearty, crisp crust and a chewy interior speckled with random air pockets found in artisan bread that undergoes an extra-long fermentation.
