Three Cheese Semolina Loaf
Asiago, Romano and Parmesan all go into our Three Cheese Semolina Loaf, which give it a luscious flavor and aroma. We make this large oval loaf with semolina flour and a small amount of our natural levain, then speckle the crust with even more Asiago cheese just before baking in a hearth oven.
