Tuscan Loaf
Our Tuscan Loaf is a classic Italian-style bread with a lot of versatility. It is large in size, oval, and has a golden brown, crackly crust with a soft interior from a long fermentation with our natural levain. Its mild flavor works well with many recipes and applications, from sandwiches to more sophisticated offerings.
