Need a catch of the day? Our Brioche Buns make an irresistible fish sandwich, topped with an Asian-inspired slaw and creamy avocados.
Ingredients
- La Brea Bakery Brioche Buns
- Breaded fish patties, 4oz
- Cabbage, shredded
- Carrots, grated
- Cucumber, finely diced
- Black sesame seeds
- Cucumber-wasabi dressing
- Avocado, sliced
Preparation
- Brush Brioche Bun on both sides with butter and toast on a flat top.
- Fry fish patty until golden brown.
- While fish is cooking, make slaw by combining shredded cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, sesame seeds and wasabi dressing.
- Next, spread more dressing on the bottom bun and add avocado.
- Add fish and top with slaw.
- Place the top bun on sandwich and serve.
