Crispy Fish Sandwich with Cucumber Wasabi Slaw

Need a catch of the day? Our Brioche Buns make an irresistible fish sandwich, topped with an Asian-inspired slaw and creamy avocados.

Ingredients

  • La Brea Bakery Brioche Buns
  • Breaded fish patties, 4oz
  • Cabbage, shredded
  • Carrots, grated
  • Cucumber, finely diced
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Cucumber-wasabi dressing
  • Avocado, sliced

Preparation

  1. Brush Brioche Bun on both sides with butter and toast on a flat top.
  2. Fry fish patty until golden brown.
  3. While fish is cooking, make slaw by combining shredded cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, sesame seeds and wasabi dressing.
  4. Next, spread more dressing on the bottom bun and add avocado.
  5. Add fish and top with slaw.
  6. Place the top bun on sandwich and serve.
