Our take on a classic French dip sandwich, using tender oven-roasted turkey, melted mozzarella cheese, smoky slow-roasted tomatoes and a bowl of rich turkey gravy on the side for unapologetic dipping.
Ingredients
- La Brea Bakery French Demi Baguettes
- Roasted turkey
- Mozzarella cheese slices
- Roma tomato halves, roasted
- Turkey gravy
Preparation
- Cut Baguette lengthwise and toast.
- Build the sandwich by placing the roasted tomatoes on the bottom half of the bread. Next, add the turkey and cheese and melt under broiler. Top with remaining half of the baguette.
- Heat the gravy and pour into a ramekin. Serve together while warm.
