Ancient Grain Boule

Creamy Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup in a Bread Bowl

Ingredients
  • Ancient Grain Boule cored out
  • red pepper and tomato soup (favorite recipes)
  • 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tsp curry
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh thyme
Preparation
  1. Heat over to 350 degrees and bake bread for 10 minutes until just starting to get brown on the edges.
  2. Remove and set on serving plate.
  3. Warm soup and ladle into the bread bowl. 
  4. Thin out yogurt with a little water and spoon on top of soup. 
  5. Add curry, Thyme, salt and pepper and serve.
