Ingredients
- 1 piece of Sourdough cut into 1” slice
- 1/2 cup Feta and herb pasta salad (favorite recipe)
- 1/2 cup Brussels sprouts roasted
- 1 egg cooked sunny side up
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries and blackberries
- 1/2 cup Edamame
- 1 Tbsp avocado Tzatziki (favorite recipe)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic cut in half
Preparation
- Grill bread on flame grill or grill pan.
- Build the bowl by spooning each of the following next to each other in a wide bowl so that there is separation between: raspberries, brussels sprouts, edamame, pasta salad and bread.
- Add egg on top of grilled bread and drizzle the Tzatziki dressing on top and serve.
