Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
  • 1 piece of Sourdough cut into 1” slice
  • 1/2 cup Feta and herb pasta salad (favorite recipe)
  • 1/2 cup Brussels sprouts roasted
  • 1 egg cooked sunny side up
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries and blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Edamame
  • 1 Tbsp avocado Tzatziki (favorite recipe)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic cut in half

 

Preparation
  1. Grill bread on flame grill or grill pan. 
  2. Build the bowl by spooning each of the following next to each other in a wide bowl so that there is separation between: raspberries, brussels sprouts, edamame, pasta salad and bread. 
  3. Add egg on top of grilled bread and drizzle the Tzatziki dressing on top and serve.
