Ingredients
- 4 Slices of La Brea Bakery Tuscan Loaf (Approx. 1 inch Thick, Grilled)
- 2 Cups Mixed Stone Fruit (Cut into ½ inch Wedges)
- 8 oz Halloumi Cheese, Grilled
- ¼ Cup Pistachios and 1 Tbsp for Garnish
- ⅓ Cup Favorite Balsamic Dressing
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Mint and Basil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preparation
- Add grilled bread into shallow salad bowl.
- Add fruit wedges and Halloumi.
- Spoon dressing over the salad, add pistachios, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Garnish with remaining pistachios and serve.
