Our hearth-baked Rustic Ciabatta Loaf is a rectangular loaf with a dimpled surface. We start with a high hydration dough using our signature starter then fold in wheat germ and extra-virgin olive oil for texture and a tangy taste. The interior is soft and supple with random air bubbles characteristic of quality artisan bread.
