French Dinner Rolls
Our French Dinner Rolls are made with a small amount of levain, the same starter used in our classic La Brea Bakery baguette. As a result, the flavor and texture of this 1.5-ounce hearth-baked roll is much the same, with a crispy, golden crust and a soft interior with lots of air bubbles from natural fermentation.
