Rustique Dinner Rolls
A small, square, hearth-baked roll flecked inside with wheat germ and lightly scented with olive oil. We use La Brea Bakery starter in the recipe to give these 1.5-ounce rolls a tangy flavor, while the soft interior feels similar to ciabatta. A wonderful choice for multiple applications, from small sandwiches to bread basket service.
