Telera Roll
A hearth-baked sliced soft sandwich roll, with a mildly sweet, yeasty Italianstyle flavor profile. The roll is hexagonal, with two light parallel impressions. The base is lightly dusted with semolina flour and the roll is baked to a deep golden brown. The interior shows the random, open cell structure typical of well fermented doughs. The aroma is a combination of baked notes and yeast fermentation. Distributed as parbaked and frozen. Can be thawed and served for ultimate convenience. Or for a crispier, warmly golden crust and the softest interior, it is recommended to heat as per the Baking Instructions chart.
