This quick and easy charcuterie plate impresses guests and serves as a delicious starter to any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 La Brea Bakery French Baguette, cut crosswise into 1” thick ovals
- Extra virgin olive oil, for brushing bread
- Salt, to taste
- 3 ounces blue cheese
- 3 ounces goat cheese
- 2 ounces prosciutto
- 2 ounces salume of your choice
- Roasted vegetables, of your choice
- Mixed nuts, of your choice
- Dried fruits, of your choice
- Olives and capers (optional)
Preparation
- Place a grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and grill until brown and crispy on edges. Remove, sprinkle with salt and allow to cool.
- To serve, place baguette on a serving platter with cheeses, meats, vegetables, nuts, fruits, olives, and capers. Serve.
