Cheese and Charcuterie Board

This quick and easy charcuterie plate impresses guests and serves as a delicious starter to any meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 La Brea Bakery French Baguette, cut crosswise into 1” thick ovals
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for brushing bread
  • Salt, to taste
  • 3 ounces blue cheese
  • 3 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 ounces prosciutto
  • 2 ounces salume of your choice
  • Roasted vegetables, of your choice
  • Mixed nuts, of your choice
  • Dried fruits, of your choice
  • Olives and capers (optional)
Preparation
  1. Place a grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and grill until brown and crispy on edges. Remove, sprinkle with salt and allow to cool.
  2. To serve, place baguette on a serving platter with cheeses, meats, vegetables, nuts, fruits, olives, and capers. Serve.
