Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Whole Grain loaf cut in ½” slices
- 1 Tbsp softened butter
- 1 Tbsp green goddess dressing (favorite recipe or store bought)
- 1 cup of kale steamed
- ½ avocado sliced
- 1 green onion grilled and sliced
- 2 pieces of Swiss cheese
Preparation
- Set a heavy bottom pan over medium heat and add butter.
- While melting, build the sandwich.
- Place one slice of bread on flat surface.
- Spread dressing on bread, add 1 slice of Swiss cheese, then green onion, kale, avocado, reaming slice of cheese and top with bread.
- Put in the pan and cook until golden brown on bottom and flip.
- Cook until other side is golden and cheese melted.
- Remove, let rest for 3 minutes and then serve.
