Paper-thin prosciutto, pesto, and soft cheese on our toasted Sourdough Demi Baguette. A classic sandwich and must-have for picnics, grab-and-go stations, or casual celebrations. Simple, special, and completely satisfying.
Ingredients
- La Brea Bakery Sourdough Demi Baguettes
- Prosciutto, sliced thin
- Fresh basil leaves
- Soft, spreadable cheese
- Pesto
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Slice Baguette lengthwise into halves, brush with olive oil, and toast.
- Spread soft cheese evenly on bottom baguette. Add basil and then prosciutto. Spread pesto on the remaining half of the Baguette and place on top to complete the sandwich, then serve.
