Ingredients
- 2 slices La Brea Bakery Italian Round Loaf, cut into 1-inch slices
- 1 large avocado
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili seasoning
- ¼ cup micro greens
Preparation
1. Toast bread until golden brown and let cool on a flat surface.
2. Scoop and dice avocado, dividing between the two slices of bread.
3. To each slice, add radish, sesame seeds, lime juice, and chili seasoning. Top with micro greens and serve.
