Ingredients
- 8 slices La Brea Bakery French Loaf
- ¼ cup garlic oil
- 8 slices white cheddar
- 8 slices gruyere cheese
- 4 slices fontina cheese
Preparation
- Brush the outside of bread slices with garlic oil.
- Equally divide the cheeses to layer them on four sandwiches.
- Heat a pan or panini press over medium heat and add sandwiches.
- Cook until golden brown and the cheese has melted, turning after 3 minutes and repeating on the opposite side. Serve warm.
