Ingredients
- 1 La Brea Bakery French Baguette
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Avocado crema, homemade or store-bought
- 4 to 6 slices bacon
- 2 slices aged cheddar
- Pickled chiles
Preparation
- Cook eggs sunny side up in olive oil and set aside.
- Cut La Brea Bakery baguette in half and lengthwise to form a top and bottom half for two sandwiches.
- Spread a layer of avocado crema on either side of the bread.
- Layer cooked bacon, fried eggs, aged cheddar, and pickled chiles. Close sandwiches and serve warm.
