Ingredients

1 loaf La Brea Bakery cranberry walnut bread

⅔ C unsalted butter, melted

2 Tbsp granulated Sugar

1 Tbsp cinnamon
Preparation
- Slice bread into 1 inch thick slices, then slice each piece in half or thirds.
- The smaller end pieces are cut in half, while the larger middle pieces are cut into thirds.
- In a small separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon well and set aside.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced out as much as possible.
- Use a pastry brush to brush the tops of the bread with butter.
- Sprinkle each piece with the cinnamon sugar, covering the top of the bread.
- Bake at 350 for 18-20 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
