Cranberry walnut bread biscotti
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf La Brea Bakery cranberry walnut bread

  • ⅔ C unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 Tbsp granulated Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Preparation
  1. Slice bread into 1 inch thick slices, then slice each piece in half or thirds.
  2. The smaller end pieces are cut in half, while the larger middle pieces are cut into thirds.
  3. In a small separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon well and set aside.
  4. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced out as much as possible.
  5. Use a pastry brush to brush the tops of the bread with butter.
  6. Sprinkle each piece with the cinnamon sugar, covering the top of the bread.
  7. Bake at 350 for 18-20 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
