Ingredients
- 1 La Brea Bakery pretzel bun
- 3 oz thinly sliced ham
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp pimento cheese
- 2 roasted tomato slices
Preparation
Set oven to broil
Starting with the bottom bun, spread 1 tbsp of pimento cheese evenly across the bottom half of the bun. Add the sliced ham on top of the pimento cheese. Place the Swiss cheese slices over the ham. Place in broiler until cheese just starts to melt slightly and remove.
Next, arrange the roasted tomato slices on top of the cheese. Spread the remaining 1 tbsp of pimento cheese evenly on the inside of the top half of the bun. Serve with chips, pickles and a Athletic Brewing NA Frist Ride dark beer.
