Pesto, Turkey and Swiss Melt

An easy and classic flavor combo of turkey and swiss on our fan-favorite Three Cheese Semolina Loaf.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Arrange slices of bread on flat surface in 2 rows of 2. Butter each slice of bread on one side and lay the bread butter side down.
  2. Spread pesto on each slice.
  3. Add to each, one slice of cheese, 2 slices of turkey, and top with the remaining slice of cheese.
  4. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Cook sandwiches until cheese has just begun to melt and bread is golden brown.
  6. Turn sandwiches, pressing each firmly with a spatula to help brown.
  7. Cook uncovered until the bottom is golden brown, about 1 minute. Serve warm.
