- 4 La Brea Bakery Take & Bake Torta Rolls, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon room temperature butter
- Sugar, for sprinkling
- 1 to 2 cups ice cream (flavor of your choice)
Preparation
- On each bread half, spread a thin layer of room temperature butter and top with a sprinkle of sugar.
- Place the bread under the oven broiler just until it bubbles and caramelizes, checking frequently to avoid overcooking.
