- 8 slices La Brea Bakery French Loaf
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup honey-Dijon mustard
- ½ pound brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 Granny Smith apple, skin-on, cored, thinly sliced
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200° F.
- Arrange the bread slices in pairs on a cutting board.
- Brush one side of each slice with butter.
- Turn the bread over and slather the other side with honey-Dijon mustard.
